Call for submissions for the Manchester Artists' Book Fair 6th November

Manchester Artists' Book Fair 6th November 2010 We are very proud to have been approached by Manchester Metropolitan University to run this years Artists' Book Fair. Now in it's fifth year the book fair has become well renowned for presenting the best in contemporary books. On show will be 40 stands of hand-made journals, hand-printed and bound editions, altered books and lots more, from artists and small publishers from the North West region and around the UK. There will also be events, exhibitions and short courses in bookmaking and letterpress run to coincide with the fair. Entrance will be free, and all artists and makers are there to discuss their work. There are lots of bargains to be had too, and the work is truly beautiful, the wealth of craftsmanship and creativity on show outstanding.
